and any member of the public who is a licensed driver and at least 18 years of age
may be eligible to bid at our auctions (some webcasts may require bidders to meet special sale requirements). |

| What is Webcast? |
| Webcast combines the convenience of the internet with the excitement of the physical land-base live auction experience. |
 |
| Webcast allows internet bidders to participate along side land-based bidders from the comfort of their home or office. A simple to use control panel along with live audio and video
allows internet bidders to interact with the auction; competing with other bidders just like they were standing in the crowd.

Webcast registrants need only to click on the link in the notification email, after completing the event registration, and login through our web page to participate
in the live webcast auction.

| How do I access a Webcast sale? |
| After registering, you should receive an email which contains a link to access the webcast.
|

Alternatively, using your username and password, you can login to our web site and go to "My Nationwide",
which is located at the top left corner on all our web pages. At "My Nationwide", there is a link to "Online Webcast Auctions" in the middle of the right hand side.
After selecting this link, you will be presented with the webcast schedules. Choose the desired webcast event and click on the "JOIN NOW" link, which will show next to any event that you have been registered for. |

| Webcast expands the reach of sellers, increases the participation of current buyers, attracts new buyers to the physical and online auction, and improves the overall service of Nationwide Auctions to customers. |

| How do I benefit from Webcast? |
| Webcast offers you access to Nationwide's physical auctions from a remote location. This allows you to participate in more auctions, have access to more vehicles across a larger geographic area, and reduce travel-related expenses. |
| You any consider using Webcast if you:
- Want to participate in auction sales that you normally would not have due to geographic location.
- Have a scheduling conflict.
- Cannot leave the office or home.
- Are interested in monitoring the activity in the marketplace.

| Who can participate in Webcast? |
| Anyone can view and listen to the Webcast events. If you are interested in bidding during the event, you need a credit line approved by Nationwide Auctions. |

| What is the cost associated with Webcast? |
| There is no cost to participate in Webcast event, however you will be charged a success fee equals to $99 or 2.5% of each your winning bid, whichever is higher.

| What are the terms of sale for the Webcast? |
| The Webcast uses the same terms as the live sale event. |

| How do I register a Webcast Event? |
| You can register the Webcast events by clicking where it says "Register" next to the appropriate event at top of this page. |

| How do I apply for a credit line? |
|
To apply for a credit line, please follow these instructions.
- Please click on the event which you are interested in and write down the fax number
- Fax a copy of valid driver license with current address and telephone number to the local office, Attention: General Manager.
- Submit a bank letter of guarantee (or formal letter of credit) up to the amount of money that you
expect to spend.
- The deadline for credit application is 2:00 pm the day before the Webcast event.
