The Advanced Search allows us to use different criteria to look for an asset.
A sample screen of the Advanced Search is as follows:
Among the different criteria that we can use are:
Locations.
Category.
Sub-Category.
Based on the Category selected, we might have more options to select as part of the
criteria as the following.
Make (e.g. Honda, Ford, Freightliner).
Model (e.g. Accord, Civic, Tracer).
Year.
Mileage.
Engine Type.
Engine Cylinder.
Transmission.
Drive Train.
VIN.
Advanced Search by Category - Step 1
The most simple type of Advanced Search that we can use is using the Category and Sub-Category.
This kind of search applies to personal propery assets.
Suppose that we want to select Collectibles that are located in the Benicia, CA and Industry, CA locations,
the criteria to select would be the following.
First we select the locations.
Then the select the Category (Collectibles).
You can also stream your search by selecting the Sub-Category

After you have selected all the criteria, click the "SUBMIT" button, and a list
of assets will displayed in the following format.
Advanced Search by Make, Model, etc.
Another kind of search that we can do using the Advanced Search, is the one
that applies to any kind of vehicle, trailer, tractor, etc.
In this case, we also have the ability to use the following criteria.
Make (e.g. Honda, Ford, Freightliner).
Model (e.g. Accord, Civic, Tracer).
Year.
Mileage.
Engine Type.
Engine Cylinder.
Transmission.
Drive Train.
VIN.

Suppose that we want to select Passenger Vehicles that are located in the Benicia, CA and Industry, CA locations,
Make HONDA, Year Range 1992 - 2000 and Mileage range is 50,000 - 100,000.
The criteria to select would be the following.
First we select the locations.
Then the select the Category (Passenger Vehicles).
Select the Make (HONDA).
Select the Year range (1992 - 2000).
Select the Mileage range (50,000 - 100,000).
